A Mobile phone, as an element for personnel use, enables to associate to each person and telephone number a specific and precise socio-economic profile. This leads it to become a valuable tool for advertisers. In order to manage the adequate profiles to each campaign, the PGP platform creates profiles from the users’ data base and from the different proprieties that distinguish them.

An important characteristic of the PGP is its capacity to generate two different kind of planning according to the kind of service. Publitono is a service in which the person who makes the phone call receives a specific advertising at a pre-fixed time slot. This only occurs if the subscriber to the service makes a phone call in that period of time. This is what we call conditioned planning.

This is an important characteristic in the PGP system since this circumstance is unique and does not take place in other services, such as SMS and MMS, for which PGP makes a determined planning.
