Platform
In order to have a potential and adequate management of the content to send at every moment, it has been conceived a software and hardware platform which enables the creation of campaigns, with its planning, target selection, campaign follow-up and generation of final results, always under the label “Near On Line”.

The platform is called PGP and it is composed of different modules and submodules, which are basically the following:
- PGP Core Server

- PGP Planning Server
- PGP Publitono Agent
- PGP SMS Agent
- PGP WAP Agent
- Publitono, ads during the phone calls’ waiting time, with voice interactivity.
- SMS and MMS,
- Advertising insertions to WAP
- Graphic insertions in games (advergaming).
The advertising service Publitono over the ring back tone is unique. It is CPM Telecom own development and it is done by an Ad Server Near On Line with an application integrated in the operator’s network. PGP, the advertising management platform designed as a priority for the service Publitono, is the one used for the rest of services, operated with on line data connection with the operator. Therefore, PGP is a multiservice platform, multiapplication (PDA’s, mobiles, Smartphone) and multichannel (different operators) and admits a multilanguage configuration.
Furthermore, it counts on an advantage which distinguishes it from the rest: it enables to know the evolution of the campaign practically in real time. At any moment they want, advertisers can access by means of a login and password to the PGP platform, select the campaign they want to know its evolution and obtain tables with the numerical data, but also graphics which enable to know how the diffusion is going on at the moment. Therefore, the platform has the label “Near On Line”.
It is important to highlight the existence of a server module in charge of the continuous improvement of the behavioural efficiency and the users’ preferences. The Beserver, as it is called, produces a real-time permanent update of the users’ data base, allowing the received advertising to be better perceived by the user.
