CPM Telecom obtains the exclusive and the patent of Ring Back Tone Advertising for the entire U.S. market.
Following up the celebration of the important fair "CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2009" which took place in San Diego (California), the Spanish company CPM Telecom and the American RingPlus, -company which has the RBT Advertising patent at the U.S.-, announce an agreement to provide mobile marketing solutions by means of CPM Telecom's multi-service platform.
Thanks to the agreement achieved by both companies, CPM Telecom will follow RingPlus along the next couple of years, in the implantation and development of RBT Advertising projects in the U.S. The first step they will take together will be to consolidate the agreements initiated with the main American operators, advertisers and advertising agencies.
This agreement will enable RingPlus to offer mobile advertising services to the different operators and, by extension, to its millions of users, by using the mobile as the only device.
Along the next couple of months, the role of CPM Telecom will be crucial to achieve these objectives, since any implantation and development of projects on mobile advertising in the U.S. will be organised through CPM Telecom's PGP multi-service platform, leading this company to ensure the planning and development of different advertising actions over millions of users.
Among the different advertising products which CPM Telecom's multi-service platform offers, it stands out the messaging service (SMS/MMS) and the mobile internet (management of portals for mobiles), although the star product is undoubtedly the RBT Advertising, the only voice service that is inserted while the phone call is being made -in other words, to replace the ring tone needed to connect with another user for an advertisement. This product enables, if the user wants, a high level of interactivity between the user itself and the advertiser (advertising brand or company).
Furthermore, the degree of sophistication of the RBT Advertising service is so high that it allows the planning of advertising campaigns through geo-location, that is, to send advertisement depending on the location of the user. For instance, an advertisement of a shopping mall can be sent to a user who is at that moment in that specific place or nearby.

CPM Telecom introduces its platform at the Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona
In the 2009 edition, CPM Telecom will introduce its PGP platform with a system which can effectuate real time demonstrations of the service Publitono. It will count on CONVEDIA Media Server equipment and its PGP advertising management platform. It will be able to show not only to operators, but also to agencies and advertisers the power and flexibility of the "near on line" management system created by CPM.

PUBLITONO, finalist in the NETI 2006 competition
The service PUBLITONO, a CPM TELECOM's initiative to spread permissive advertising to mobile phones, becomes finalist at the 5th edition of the NETI Awards promoted by the Institut d'Empresa, Fundació Banesto i Amena (Orange).
After the prior selection and several months of preparation to be selected, CPM TELECOM could count on the competition's impetus, and give its business proposal to a great number of investors and representatives of funding organizations present at the event.
